#1 OUR PRODUCTS :

While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur given that all our products are hand made.

All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as can be.

Please note there may be variations in colours which can depend on the calibration and settings of individual screens. Please also remember that all our colours are hand dyed and therefore slight variations can occur.

#2 RETURN & REFUND :

you get a full refund in case of the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

3# Cancellation of Bespoke Orders :

If you wish to cancel an order you may do so by emailing shaima_ibrahim@yadawyyy.com  We will unfortunately have to charge a cancellation fee of 60% of the value of the order. If you need any additional information on this please don't hesitate to contact us.
